Delivery Times

 

  • Estimated delivery time for orders: 48-72 hours
  • The estimated delivery time for personalized orders is 4-5 business days (straps embroidered with initials)
  • Orders are prepared at the time the payment has been confirmed and at the following times:
  • Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Orders placed outside of these hours will be prepared the next business day. No shipments are made on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.



Exchanges and Returns :
 

  • Returns will be accepted within fourteen (14) days.
  • To make a product change if you have chosen a wrong case, you must follow the following steps:
  1. Request the return by e-mail to devoluciones@bluelow.es within a period not exceeding seven (7) business days following the date of receipt of the product.
  2. BLUELOW must receive the item within a maximum period of fifteen (15) business days at the address that we will provide the customer for the return.
  3. The customer must be responsible for both the return costs and the new shipping costs, so the customer must pay us the corresponding fee for its country of living. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
  4. We recommend that the item be sent by courier or registered mail and to keep the parcel shipping proof.


In the event that BLUELOW has mistakenly sent an item other than the one requested or that the quality of the item sent is not adequate, please contact us at devoluciones@bluelow.es to make the change, in which case we will assume the shipping costs.
